MastPMU Refund Policy (English Version)

Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order and receive a full refund as long as it has not been processed or shipped.
Please contact us as soon as possible at support@mastpmu.com to request a cancellation.
If your order has already shipped, we cannot intercept it during transit.
In this case, please apply for a return once the goods have been delivered.
1. Return and Exchange Conditions
We accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:
  • The product has quality issues, or you received the wrong item.
  • You must contact us within 30 days of receiving the product.
  • Items must be in new, unused condition, with original packaging, tags, and accessories intact.
  • A valid order number and proof of purchase are required.
This policy applies only to purchases made directly from our official online store (mastpmu.com).
If you purchased through authorized retailers or third-party platforms, please follow their respective return policies.
Policies may vary depending on local laws and regional requirements.
Exceptions
Returns and exchanges are not accepted in the following cases:
  • Customized or personalized products
  • Items marked as “non-returnable” on the product page
  • Products returned without prior authorization
2. Return and Exchange Process
To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:
Step 1
Within 30 days of delivery, send an email to support@mastpmu.com including:
  • Your order number
  • Reason for return or exchange
  • Photos of the received product (if applicable)
Step 2
Your request will be reviewed within 1–3 business days.
If approved, we will provide the return address and authorization details.
Step 3
Include your name, order number, and reason for return inside the package.
Step 4
Ship your return using a trackable shipping method.
Returns must be shipped within 7 days after approval.
Step 5
Once we receive and inspect your returned or exchanged item, we will process the return or exchange within 1-5 business days and contact you by email.
⚠️ Important:
Packages returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.
3. Refund Method
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at support@mastpmu.com.
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

4. Additional Notes
  • Refunds are issued only to the original payment method.
  • We recommend purchasing return shipping insurance for all return shipments.
